Edmonton has re-signed 25 year old forward Patrick O'Sullivan to a 2 year extension at 3.5M per season. His current deal was due to expire this year, but this means he will be locked up for an additional two seasons. This year, O'Sullivan has led the charge offensively, with 11 goals and 13 assists in 24 games.


Rumours

It is reported that the Oilers are shopping RFA defenseman Matt Lashoff heavily at the moment, with several teams interested. Edmonton are likely to look for a future checking forward, draft picks or a younger prospect in return.
